Located in the heart of the historic center of the city, whithin walking distance from the socall "Triangle of Art" formed by the city's main museums (El Prado, Reina Sofia Modern Art Museum and Thyssen Bornemisza contemporaneous art museum). This new hotel is one of the most modern hotels of the city and is located in the famous "Barrio de Las Letras", just a few steps from the Plaza de Santa Ana and the Puerta del Sol.

The hotel occupies 5 ancient buildings of the city center, that have been completely renovated to build the hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, very close to the Thyssen, Prado, Fine Arts and Reina Sofía museums. Only 3 minutes away from Puerta del Sol.
A 10 minute walk away from Plaza de Opera, Plaza de Oriente and Palacio Real (Royal Palace).
You can also take the guided tourist bus (which stops a few meters away from the hotel).

Everything was just fine, ... it was a thoroughly nice hotel, found
that complaints re them not allowing late checkouts, or storage of
baggage to be either untrue, or the hotel had taken steps tp resolve
these complaints, because we were allowed to do both, Service was
excellent, room nicely appointed & comfortable, a very pleasant stay.
Would return any time.

Wish that the room service menu had been more comprehensive

Nice rooms, not very big - but very clean and tastfully decorated. Breakfast was ok ! And perfect location to visit Madrid.

Location was greate. Hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean.

Hotel was not flexible on check out time. Although it was quit empty and we asked from begining due to very late flight. Have been in many other hotels that were friendlier and flexible in case the rooms were not booked.
